CONTRACT CLAUSES AND GUIDELINES

Before a client agrees to use the services of Endispute they are provided with an agreement and guidelines that are tailored to meet their particular needs.

We will provide stand alone sample confidentiality agreements that can be modified by the client as well as other supporting documents. We want to ensure that parties and their lawyers are well prepared for the Endispute process and can arrange briefing sessions.
