WHAT WE DO

When you contact Endispute we:

  • Provide a complimentary intake and assessment service and prepare a brief dispute management plan in consultation with you.
  • Assist to ensure that any pre dispute resolution steps take place as efficiently as possible
  • Refer the dispute to our expert panel and follow up and provide ongoing support to ensure that the process meets your needs
  • Provide double check and safeguard processes such as binding appellate arbitral processes where necessary.

 

STEP ONE - ASSESSING AND MANAGING THE DISPUTE

When we meet with the parties we will discuss with you how to best manage the dispute and raise various dispute resolution options. We will talk with you about your preferred panel member process and approach and discuss preparation. In complex matters we will discuss multi layered processes and timelines that suit you.

We will provide you with options and basic costing structures. There cost of this service which includes one hour of consultation time is absorbed in the registration fee.

STEP TWO – REGISTERING THE DISPUTE

If you decide to register their dispute with Endispute following Step One.

We will provide you with an approximate budget and timeline. We can also arrange a detailed timetable for all parties in the dispute with follow up meetings as required. All of this is done in close consultation with you to ensure that the dispute resolution process is both cost efficient and effective.

Our objective is to support the resolution of the dispute in an efficient and effective manner.

If you require more than one panel member or more than one process in a complex dispute we will arrange this and support a process is tailored to meet the your needs.

STEP THREE – DEALING WITH THE DISPUTE

Endispute can assist to track all information that has been made available and support exchange of this information so that it is available for the dispute resolution expert to review. We endeavour to ensure that the dispute process with a panel Member takes place in a timely way and that the time allowed to deal with the dispute is adequate. We will check attendances before the dispute resolution process takes place and ensure that preparatory material is arranged for all parties. We can manage any steps between meetings and save costs while supporting the panel members.

We can arrange the venue and support the panel member so that you are provided with an appropriate process and adequate follow ups where required. We have arrangements in place around Australia and internationally in respect of venues.

STEP FOUR – FOLLOW UP

We will ensure that you receive a detailed memorandum regarding the dispute resolution process. If you require another process to finalise any outstanding issues we will arrange this after discussion and ensuring that the process has met and will continue to meet your procedural interests.
